The major power failure of the decade, which has impacted 22 states,around 300 trains and 684 million Indians without power!
About 300 trains have been affected due to the major power failure, trains like Rajdhani and Shatabdi are also affected, which has caused inconvenience to passengers. Some trains have been cancelled while others are delayed by 4 - 5 hours.
Metro trains were affected and were also struck, some inside the tunnel and some above the ground!
Not only trains, it has brought up some major issues like, 300 coal miners were trapped in the mines and was not able to come back due to non availability of the lift service.
Life has come to an halt after this major power failure and nothing is clear so far, how and when this gets resolved!
