You might have heard someone saying that the
meaning of life is 42 and did not have any clue, what's it all about? From
where the number 42 came in and what does it mean?
In Douglas Adams' series The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, there
is a numeric solution to every problem, the answer to life, the universe and
every possible thing.
In
a story, the question is asked to computer Deep thought, it took 7.5 million
years to compute the answer, which comes out to be 42. Deep thought explained
that beings did not know what they asking, so the answer is incomprehensible.
So the ultimate question is unknown.
