GM Diet: Indian Version

The India version of a GM diet plan is almost the same as the original diet plan. A typical GM diet plan requires you to eat beef, which is not possible for a vegetarian person, but don't be sad! There are alternatives to beef which a pure vegetarian can eat.

Instead of beef, you can have brown rice, curd and tomatoes on Day 5, Day 6 and Day 7.
For non vegetarians who are fine with having meat can substitute chicken with beef.

Beef is rich in iron and protein, so is cottage cheese (paneer) , Spinach, Bean sprouts and brown rice, which could be alternatives as well.

Drinking 10 -15 glasses of water is still essential and integral part of the plan.

Alcohol is strictly restricted as drinking alcohol will increase the uric acid content in the body and which will lead to water retention and will hinder the natural detoxifying process taking place during the GM diet plan.
