GM's diet plan is the weight loss management program, which involves eating specific diet for 7 days and you will found yourself loosing 10-17 lbs in 7 days. Wow! What a fast way to reduce weight! But it's not as simple as it sounds to you at first. Let's see what a GM diet plan is:

Few rules before going for the diet plan:

#1: NO Alcohol for 7 days

#2: Drink 10 - 15 glasses of water everyday.

What:

Day One:Any and every fruit except bananas. You can have as many fruits as you like. It is advisable to have melons though. This day prepares your body for the rest of the 6 days.


Day Two: For breakfast you need to eat on large baked potato with one pat of butter on it, if you want. And for the rest of the day- vegetables. There is no restriction on the kind and amount of vegetables you can eat. Stuff yourself at regular intervals with vegetables.

Day Three: Any fruit and vegetables you like. But still no to bananas.

Day Four: Now you can have bananas and milk but no veggies and fruits. You can eat as many as 8 bananas and have up to 3 tall glasses of milk. You can also have the soup as specified in GM diet.

Day Five: Today you can have beef and tomatoes. Drink more water.

Day Six: Today you can have as  much beef and vegetables as you like. According to the diet, by day 6 you should have lost a considerable amount of weight.

Day Seven: This is the last day of the plan and today you can eat brown rice and vegetables, and drink juice fruits as well.

G.M.'S Wonder Soup:

The following soup is intended as a supplement to your diet. It can be eaten any time of the day in virtually unlimited quantities. You are encouraged to consume large quantities of this soup.

Recipe for the wonder soup goes as follows:
28 oz, Water, 6 Large Onions, 2 Green Peppers, Whole Tomatoes (fresh or canned), 1 Head Cabbage, 1 Bunch Celery, 4 Envelopes Lipton Onion Soup Mix, Herbs and Flavouring as desired.

Pros and Cons:

The best part of the weight loss plan is that you don't need to exercise or bring home some heavy equipment to loose weight. It's a natural way to reduce considerable amount in just 7 days! Moreover, it helps you clean you system inside.

But there are some other sides of the program as well. It's really difficult to follow for the first two days. Keep yourself motivated, keep in mind you will be loosing around 5 kgs after just 7 days! You may feel some headache on day 2, and it just because you are not used to living only on fruits and vegetables. Suppress your craving for regular food by eating at regular intervals, this help you keep your heads high. This is not a long term plan, so after you completing this plan successfully, don't go back to your normal diet and regain in the weight in next 7 days!
