Tips on good looking healthy skin

Who doesn't want his skin to glow and look healthy. Here are some tips that will help you out.


1) Drink lot of water, it purifies your skin and cleans the body system.


2) Protein rich food helps in making the skin look healthy, so opt for the high protein content food.



3) Nature's own food, fruits and vegetables. Eat fruits and vegetables in the raw form.


4) Apply olive oil in your hair, on a regular basis - maybe thrice a week.


5) Don't use ordinary soaps to wash your face, use a good cleanser.


6) Apply fullers earth face mask, it sucks the dirt from your face and also helps in getting rid of the pimples.


7) Do a full body exfoliation two times a week.


8) Do not eat oily food too much.


9) Keep the blood in good circulation, do exercises, it helps in blood circulation and detoxification.


10) Instead of using moisturizer at night, use olive oil on face.


11) Get a massage done or do it yourself, with a good quality cream.
